The UPS guy just dropped of a chocolate raspberry port kit on my porch. I have read that it can be a bit of a finicky kit and probably isn't the best choice for my first batch of wine! However I really wanted to give this one a shot.

Do any wine and beer makers out there have any tips or tricks for moving from brewing beer to making wine? Any areas of concern for wine that we brewers should know? Or brewing practices that don't translate well to wine?
